Junior Ladies through to Final
    Na Fianna reach Junior Final!
    Na Fianna Ladies Footballers will play in the Junior D Final against Gael Colmcille next Sunday (27th Aug) at a time and venue to be announced. 
    The team and management (Deirdre Flynn; Ray Geraghty and Shauna Ennis) would appreciate the club’s support, as they strive to bring the first adult Ladies Footballers trophy back to the club for a good number of years.
    Na Fianna qualified for the final by beating Ratoath in the semi final.

    Na Fianna Junior Ladies Footballers recently secured a well merited victory over Ratoath in their semi final match in Ratoath.  
    The South Meath girls achieved the victory through a very strong first half performance when they led 2-4 to 0-2 at half time.  They opened the scoring with points from Andrea Colgan and Hannah Cullen. Goals from Grainne Clarke and Hannah Cullen and two further points from Eimear Fagan accounted for the Na Fianna first half total.
    They recorded further points in the second half though Niamh Kirby and Andrea Colgan, before the home side responded with a goal and a brace of points.
    However, with urging from the team management they were always in control of the game
    Apart from those mentioned, others to play well were Michaela Forde; Catherine Neary; Grainne Vaugh and Aisling McEntee.
